Marcel and i had been dating for 3 and a half years when he proposed a few days before my 27th Birthday.
We had a 16 month engagement, a very busy 16 month engagement.
The theme for our wedding was luxury and whimsical , with lots of beautiful fresh floral and candlelight.
It was important to us that our room felt intimate. We had a fairy light back drop and crystal candelabras help to create a warmth throughout the room.
Our day was every bit the fairy tale we imagined it to be, to have all of our family and loved ones together celebrating the most important day of our lives was so special. it is a day we wish we could re live all over again. Although the lead up to any wedding can be stressful it honestly is the best day of your life and it is important to take time throughout the day whenever you can, to just take in and really appreciate the moment. It truly is magical! xx
