Final Sale Items
DIAMOND DUSTED ARTWORK, ALL PERSONALIZED ITEMS and ALL ROBES, LINGERIE, UNDERGARMENTS, SLIPS, ROMPERS AND GARTERS are “Final Sale” and cannot be returned for store credit.
Only eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be received back to Le El New York within 30 days of the ship date received. Le El New York will not accept any returns after 30 days.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Le. El New York and product tags attached. Defective items or items damaged in transit must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to our Distribution Center. All packages must be shipped back with a tracking number and insurance as lost or stolen packages will not be given a return credit. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Le. El New York does not provide return shipping labels. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
Le El New York reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Le El New York reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
